But for now, here is the original tutorial videos. I hope you can also learn from it.. Cupcakes are becoming the in thing for parties now..
To all baking and cupcake or cake decorating enthusiasts like me.. Practice makes perfect!

On stretch marks...

oooppss.. you are not on a wrong site, you read it right.. I am talking about stretch marks...
It may annoy you as much as it annoys me..
How did I had them? From giving birth... These are sort of a remembrance from childbirth.. which is so inevitable for most women. Many products in the market promised results... that they will drastically lessen or erase these stubborn stretchmarks..
But let us see... I am excited bout these beauty oils--- One is The essence of Argan and the other is sunflower oil from human nature.. let us see which product deliver results.. I will post a review once I have tried these products..

giveaway cakes from ala creme

this were the cakes from ala creme bakeshop that were given away to chloe's ninongs and ninangs..
They were ube flavored and frosted with an icing made from lactofil.. They were quite small though, about 3 inches in diameter.. just enough to fill the sweet cravings of a single human being.. The cake stand was also from ala creme.. I rented it for a thousand pesos, which is refundable.

my own version of marinara sauce

This pasta recipe was done because of my boredom during weekends plus the ingredients i found in the pantry are just perfect for this dish.. so here is the recipe and sorry for some estimates of measurements.. anyway this is not baking, i hope its tolerable..

SAUCE for 400 grams of spaghetti or linguine

tomato paste of your choice about 200 grams
fresh tomatoes blanched, peeled and deseeded

a knob of butter
about 10 pieces of prawns... peeled and deveined
parmesan cheese

1. Cook pasta and set aside, make sure that it is still al dente
2. Saute garlic with butter. Add the prawns and pesto. set aside
3. On the same pan, saute the fresh tomatoes and tomato paste for 5 minutes.
4. Add some water until you achieve the consistency of a sauce.
5. Add the seasonings and rosemary. simmer for 15 minutes on low fire.
6. Add the pasta and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Lastly, generously mix the parmesan cheese..

Enjoy,,, BON APPETIT!
